- Staying sustainable. Designers say sustainability is not a revelation but homeowners will be using more earth-friendly practices than ever. From growing your own herbs on the kitchen windowsill to using recycled materials for your major furniture and decorative supplies.
- Going transparent. Designers have predicted that transparent objects, with an airy and lightly tinted design can make your room look brighter and more spacious. This can help with smaller rooms and spaces in your home.
- Vintage eclectic. Eclectic style is taking many elements from various sources and combining them to style your home. You can take various pieces from different styles and eras to create a contemporary design space. Designers have stated that this is the best way to make your home more ‘you’.
