Job Vacancy – Full Time Sales Negotiator, EPWORTH BRANCH
Due to the continued growth and success of our Epworth Branch, we are now expanding our team and recruiting for a full time Sales Negotiator. The candidate must be friendly, professional and enjoy working with a close team as well as members of the public.
Paul Fox are the leading Independent Estate Agents within the North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire area and the successful applicant would be joining our experienced and friendly team which has been established for over 30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and dealing with sales enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations and calling viewers for feedback.
- Negotiate offers on properties while acting in the best interest of our client.
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisors and others.
- Accurately and effectively manage and maintain records both on an online database as well as a paper filing system in accordance with Company guidelines and your manager’s instructions.
- Actively seek opportunities to arrange appointments for valuations/market appraisals.
- Be knowledgeable of all current properties in order to be able to effectively handle enquiries from potential purchasers and maximise sales opportunities.
- Carry out accompanied viewings.
Essential Skills:
- Customer service experience.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Team worker.
- Hold a full UK drivers licence.
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and one in three Saturdays 9.00am-12.00pm
Salary:
Subject to experience.
