Scott has been an integral part of the Paul Fox team for 19 years, bringing a wealth of experience and specialist knowledge to the field of domestic energy assessment. As a Regional Energy Performance Assessor, Scott plays a key role in delivering accurate, reliable and compliant Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) across the region, having completed thousands of property assessments throughout his career.

With a strong technical understanding of building construction, energy efficiency and property performance, Scott specialises in domestic EPC production, helping homeowners, landlords and property professionals understand the energy performance of their properties. His expertise also extends to new-build developments, where he is qualified to undertake SAP energy assessments, supporting developers in meeting the energy efficiency requirements of Building Regulations.

Known for his meticulous approach, technical expertise and commitment to high professional standards, Scott combines nearly two decades of practical experience with a passion for delivering a dependable, efficient and knowledgeable service.
