Went to view a house that already had a offer accepted the week before (not notified of this until I was at the property a 2 hour drive to get there )
They then couldn't open the key safe to the property and where awaiting a lock smith , at this point waiting round for over 1 hour also tried the key safe with the pin code that was given to me by the agent , so I then suggested that all the windows are sash windows and said shall I see if any are open or not secure properly as the agent informed us that there where keys in the kitchen draw joe stated yes thats fine there was a window in the dining room that opened when I pushed it up so I climated in and opened the door with the keys that where in the property the agent conducted the viewing we put a offer in 20k over the offer that had been excepted and left, to then be notified that I was being reported to the police for breaking and entering the property by the repossession company , even tho 1 i did not break anything and concent to enter was given by the agent so this is beyond a joke I am awaiting the police to contact me in relation to this i will then take this further as I have no criminal record ,and I am of outstanding character having raised 10s of thousands for charity over the years and own multiple properties outright , this is a complete and utter JOKE I will be taking this further as this is defamation of character and putting me in this position at my time of life is not on I would avoid this agent like the plague !
