Paul began his estate agency career as a trainee Chartered Surveyor and estate agent in 1978. Having passed his RICS examinations in 1983, Paul became an Assistant Valuer and Surveyor in Scunthorpe. Paul then opened his own Estate Agency in Scunthorpe in 1991. The Brigg office later opened in 1997, along with Commercial and Barton in 1999, Epworth in 2017 and finally Gainsborough in 2021. Paul Fox Lettings launched in 2001, covering a vast amount of the North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire area. Paul has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1985.
