The Den has been finished to a standard that belies its intimate size. Step inside and you're met with light Nordic timber walls, warm leather furnishings, carefully chosen wildlife artwork, and a feeling of calm that wraps itself around you immediately. The open-plan lounge and kitchen makes clever use of space, while the bedroom — dressed with a beautiful iron-frame double bed, crisp white linen, and soft ambient lighting — sets the tone for a truly restorative stay. Outside, the generous raised decking looks out towards open fields, with nature as your only neighbour. Our Site Fees

Annual site fees are currently £3,500 plus VAT at Messingham Lakes. This covers golf membership, park maintenance, security, landscaping and access to resort facilities. Site fees may be reviewed periodically.
